The Spirit Talk! Support Group begins its third 4-part series,

on Wednesdays: Sep 22, Oct 6, Oct 20, and Nov 3.

Each session is 60-75 minutes, at 1pm ET; $10 per session. You can enroll for each session individually, or several at a time.

We will explore 4 specific topics during this series.

Each session will be loosely divided into 3 parts:

• Discussion of your most relevant themes and life questions; How is Spirit engaging with you and you with it?
• Exploration of the topic: a combination of insights from Penney and you
• An experience pertaining to the topic: a meditation, exercise, or oracle card draw

Please join us in the spirit of spontaneous participation and let’s have some spiritual FUN! We want to facilitate the convening of like-minded souls. Sharing yourself and ideas is highly encouraged! We learn so much from each other.

Sep 22: What Makes You Who You Are? We’ll explore the idea of identity and how we create our individual personalities and evolve. Do we pull from ancestral patterns and our lineage? How about pre-birth and childhood experiences? Past life experiences? Perhaps we draw directly from the collective consciousness of all beings!

Oct 6: What to Do When You Feel Stuck! Why do we feel stuck? What causes this? We’ll explore lack of trust, polarized thinking, feeling separate, needing to control life, and more. Are there environmental influences? What’s the role of the left brain and the subconscious? How can we reframe and eliminate unnecessary stuckness?

Oct 20: Raise Your Frequency for a More Transparent Life. We’ll talk about personal vibration and how to recognize and recenter into your home frequency. Your frequency determines the level of guidance you receive, how you materialize what you want, and your natural experience of unconditional love and mutual support.

Nov 3: Merge with Symbols for Deeper Meaning. We’ll explore the world of symbolic meaning—of color, shapes, numbers, and imaginary scenarios. We’ll practice decoding symbols for their inner meaning and create some symbols that can guide you as you grow.

Transparency: Seeing Through to Our Expanded Human Capacity

 

It’s easy to connect the concept of transparency with being honest and open. But to be that way, you need to embrace the vulnerability that comes with undefended visibility, which brings up huge issues of honesty and trust. This is a big undertaking! Transparency aims to help you become comfortable with being seen for who you are—flaws, mistakes, talents, and soul—the full catastrophe! The ironic component of being seen is that it allows you to see through surface interferences in others and the world to the true core in anyone and anything. It’s as though you suddenly have Superman’s X-ray vision, and this enables you to reach just-right solutions, insights, and new knowledge in an instant, without all the arguing and struggle you’re so used to. Becoming transparent develops your ability to “see through,” so your intuition can skyrocket.

Jacqueline Small, a psychologist, has said, “At certain points along the journey, people begin to crave a larger context.” I think this is happening now. We are yearning to be our soul in our body and personality, consciously unfolding our life. We don’t want anything to block the clarity of life’s evolution. To really know this in our bones and cells, though, we must become transparent, or it’s still a dim, filtered experience.
